You may be interested to have, for background information, the enclosed report to the Congress for FY1983 on the world refugee situation in individual countries. I enclose for the copy addressees a copy of the portions referring to the United Kingdom and Hong Kong. I also a copy (to all) of a useful monthly print out on the refugee situation in South East Asia. If you or other addressees could find use for this on a continuing basis, please let me know.
