for which I apologise I have
discovered among my correspondence a photocopy of the above letter (undated) with a covering letter from Mr. Lamont to Cranley Onslow MP dated 23 July 1982. The covering letter is stamped "1. Acknowledged 26 July.
2. Minister of State has not seen. 3. HKGD for advice and draft reply from Lord Belstead." We received this copy, by bag, on 10 August 1982.
I am assuming, in the absence of any other indication on the letter, that HKGD is taking care of this one, and that the copy has come to us for information only.
