separation. Separation is a sensitive and emotive
subject and must be treated with caution. In
considering this aspect, the following options are
open :
(a) separate all men and all teenage
members of 16 and above from their
families and separate all unattached
single men and unattached single
women;

all men from their families but not
teenage members of 16 and above;
single, unattached men and women would
still be separated;
(c) keep families intact and only separate
them from unattached single men and
women who would be further separated;
(d) as a variation of (c), families are kept

and above who would be separately
: accommodated in camps for single men and
