It did not come as a complete surprise, however, but it was your idea in the first place so we naturally responded, as always, to any opportunity to persue likely resettlement prospects. As you will know, we have also written separately to Dick Clift about two ship rescue
cases.

My only further thought is to wonder whether your contacts with the Home Office are really being made at a sufficiently high level; but of course this is for you to determine.
