We would like to request Mr Ambassador to report to the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland the proposal of the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam that the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland instruct the HongKong aeronautical authorities to contact the General Civil Aviation Administration of Vietnam to arrange for the reactivation of Vietnam's control over the HO CHI MINI FIR.
Together with the reactivation of the HO CHI KINH TIR, Vietnam will roinstate some ATS routos within the HO CHI MINI FIR.
