Explanatory Note
This order prescribes areas of Hong Kong within
which a building may not exceed the height restriction
applicable to the particular area. These restrictions
are noted on the plans mentioned in the order and are
calculated in accordance with the formula noted on the
individual plans.
The Schedules contain lists of properties and
structures in respect of which the height restrictions may
be exceeded and specify the maximum permissable height
above principal datum which buildings already erected on
those sites may reach.
Previous orders, the effects of which are
reproduced in this order, are cancelled.
