FUTURE OF HONG KONG: SPECIAL STUDY FOR THE PRIME MINISTER
1. The PS has seen the papers attached to your submission of 27 August to Mr Giffard. The PUS would like to congratulate those who have produced such a comprehensive study which he believes should provide an adequate quarry for the Prime Minister. He notes that the policy recommendations have not significantly changed since the briefing meetings with the Prime Minister.
