Mr Frank Hooley (Sheffield, Heeley): To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, what was the substance of the recent exchanges between China and the United Kingdom on the future of Hong Kong referred to by the new Governor, Sir Edward Youde, in his speech at Kai Tak Airport on 20 May.
