Earlier this week, you sent me a copy of a Press Release from the Reform Club of Hong Kong, about the future of the
colony.
David Alton forwarded the same Press Release to me a little earlier. As I said in reply to him, I am, of course, aware of the close interest in Hong Kong about this and I do ensure that all views expressed there are examined very carefully.
