2. Two points occur to me which might be considered:

Final sentence of both the submission and the letter to the PM could mention 10 - 15 May as a suitable period during which a meeting might take place;
The submission, as amended, includes the 'intermediary' idea. Is it worth a mention also in the letter to the PM? On balance, probably not at this stage.
