In view of the queries regarding the submission of Mr Thatcher's programme to No 10 Downing Street, I should like to put in writing that No 10 Downing Street now require by the close of play on Wednesday evening, 15 September, fully collated, up-to-date programmes for both Mr and Mrs Thatcher for the whole tour.
