VII. Setting-Up of Relevant Working Groups
1. Each side will set up four working groups to ensure the implementation of
the agreed points mentioned above. These groups are: (a) Land Traffic; (b) Regulation
of the Shenzhen River; (c) Measures to Facilitate Transit at Exit/Entry Points and
(d) The Da/ Xiao Meisha-Hong Kong Ferry Services.
2. These working groups may hold joint meetings when necessary to study specific
matters in carrying out the projects.
VIII.
Each side will seek approval for the expenditure on each of the above mentioned
projects in accordance with its own financial procedures.
IX. The present agreement shall come into force upon signature by the representatives
of both sides. The Chinese and English texts of the agreement are equally authentic.
