No evidence to suggest that third countries will seek to differentiate between BCS and BDTCs in immigration controls.

Less likely as a result of nomenclature change. HMG will make

it clear that Hong Kong's status and relationship with UK not

changed by the Act, and will continue to protect Hong Kong's interests, and those of BDTC's travelling abroad.
