I am most grateful to you for the trouble you and your colleagues took on Tuesday 7 December when you showed me the staggering development programmes you are co-ordinating in the New Territories, particularly at Sha Tin. Hong Kong has led the world in so many aspects of new town development, and I was fascinated therefore to see for myself how this is achieved. It was a most interesting briefing.
