I should like to propose a toast: To the
health of His Excellency Mr Zhang Canming and
Madame Zhang, to the health of all distinguised
friends present, to the peace and prosperity
of the Chinese people and to the continued
development and strengthening of friendly
relations between the Governments and peoples
of China and Great Britain.
