scholars and researchers are coming to China
to study, and we are pleased to welcome
to our institutions an increasing
number of Chinese students and researchers.
I very much hope that this trend can
continue, particularly in science and
technology, where the scope for the
exchange of ideas and experience is
extremely wide.
