Mr Luce's Meeting with Commonwealth Representatives in London
3. In continuation of the series of informal Ministerial meetings with High Commissioners, Mr Luce intends to give a 15-20 minute talk to High Commissioners and senior officials of the Commonwealth Secretariat in the India Office Council Chamber commencing at 5 pm on 9 February. There will then be 40-45 minutes for questions making a total of 1 hour, followed by drinks during which the High Commissioners will have an opportunity to talk informally with Mr Luce and any other Ministers present. Mr Luce intends to speak on the following topics:
