I have been asked by the Hong Kong Government to convey to you their sincere appreciation for the facilities and courtesies accorded to the Hong Kong representatives in Vienna by Mr Finsberg and the UK Delegation.

The implications of the Assembly report and a plan of action for Hong Kong are now being further examined by the Hong Kong Government.
