1.
The Tenth United Nations Regional Cartographic Conference for Asia and the Pacific convened in accordance with Economic and Social Council resolution 1981/6 of 4 May 1981, will be held at the headquarters of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific at Bangkok from 17 to 28 January 1983.
2. Mr. Max C. de Henseler, Chief of the Cartography Section, Cartography and Information Services Branch, Natural Resources and Energy Division, Department of Technical Co-operation for Development of the United Nations Secretariat, has been appointed to serve as Executive Secretary of the Conference.
