I have now heard that Hong Kong have nominated Mr G A Andreassend, Chief Land Surveyor, Mainland Division, in their Lands Department. No doubt you will now wish to contact him direct about the administrative arrangements.

I regret that there is still no news yet from Brunei. It appears that the Sultan likes to take such decisions personally, and there is inevitably some delay.
