Following our conversation, please find enclosed herewith copy of the instructions I received from Brussels concerning the common E.E.C. Trade Com- missioners' reports that have to be drafted and send to Brussels before the end of June.
These instructions are applicable to all
our posts abroad with exeption of :
1. ou posts within the E.E.C.
2. our representations or delegations to international
organisations
3. our consulate-generals with exception Hong Kong which
is territoriraly separated from the capital city where the embassy is located.
As I know that you have some objections
on reporting from your own authorities here in Hong Kong, I would like to receive your comments on this matter.
