If, by the end of the above-mentioned period. no objectiong have been raised, the Presidency shall dispatch the requests to its own country's Commercial Counsellor.

Upon receiving the requests referred to above, the Commercial Counsellor of the country holding the office of President shall convene his colleagues from the other Member States and, where applicable, the local Commission representative with a view to producing a joint reply.

Reports prepared by. Commercial Counsellors following such requests shall be dispatched to the Commission in accordance with the procedure referred to in point II above.
