Having consulted my authorities, I should like to suggest the following additions to Council Document 10760/81:
(i) Annex I: p.3. Insert an asterisk opposite Hong Kong,
refering to a footnote in the following terms "Dependent territory of the United Kingdom".
(ii) Annex II: p.3. Insert a new asterisk opposite Hong
Kong, referring to a footnote in the following terms "Dependent territory of the United Kingdom"
and amend what is now the second footnote on this
page to read:
"British Trade Commission:
functions only".
