Exceptionally, Art. 10 says that this agreement "will not apply to persons who acquire or have acquired either nationality by marriage, except as regards immigration".
Annex 6.
Dual nationality agreement between Spain and Bolivia. Art. 1, second paragraph: "persons who have acquired Spanish or Bolivian nationality by naturalisation may not avail themselves of the provisions of this
agreement".
Annex 7.
Dual nationality agreement between Spain and Ecuador. Art. 1, second paragraph states: "persons who have acquired Spanish or Ecuadorian nationality by naturalisation may not avail themselves of this
agreement".

Annex 9.
Dual nationality agreement between Spain and Honduras. Art 1, second paragraph: "Persons who have acquired Honduran or Spanish nationality by naturalisation may not avail themselves of the provisions of this agreement." Art. 4: "The transfer of residence of those enjoying the benefits of the present Treaty to the other contracting country will automatically imply change of domicile and consequently change of nationality". This phrase is similar to that used in Annex 4.
