VISIT BY LORD BELSTEAD TO SOUTH EAST ASIA

As agreed with Mr Newton, further to his minute of 23 November, I attach Points to Make (Defensive) on the Future of Hong Kong (G5) for use by Lord Belstead with the Thai Foreign Minister and the Sultan of Brunei.
2.
Lord Belstead has told us that he does not require a brief for use in the margins of the Heads of
Mission Conference.
