IMPORT AND EXPORT ORDINANCE (Chapter 60)
IMPORT PROHIBITION (ARGENTINA) REGULATIONS 1987
Made by the Governor in Council under section 31
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Import Prohibition Citation. (Argentina) Regulations 1982.
2. (1) No person shall import any articles from Argentina except Prohibition articles for transhipment or re-export to The People's Republic of China.
(2) Any person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable to a fine of $500,000 and to imprisonment for 2 years.
