Second draft of the Building (Refuse)(Storage Chambers and Chutes) Regulations 1982 received.
The Real Estate Developers Association has been con- sulted on the proposals and has raised objections.
To resolve the objections of REDA in consultation with Lands & Works Branch.

Granting of Television Licences
To prepare an information note for Executive Council on the possible ways in which a television station licence could be granted in the hypothetical event of that being necessary before the normal expiry of a licence.
An information paper for Executive Council was under preparation by CTEL after initial discussion with Home Affairs Branch.
To ensure submission of the information note.
