To arrange for an overall review of the Hong Kong education system to be con- ducted by an independent panel of visitors, assisted by special advisers.
To prepare plans for the further development of tertiary education.
The panel completed their first visit to Hong Kong on 6 November. Arrangements are being made for the final visit at the end of March.
A draft ExCo memorandum incorporating the views of the University and Polytechnic Grants Committee, was issued to ExCo on 21.1.82 for consideration on 9.2.82.
To complete arrangements for final visit and to begin processing the panel's report.
To implement the decisions of ExCo on the
