Architect briefs submitted to be chosen by Stewards of the Jockey Club at the end of Feb. FC approved in principle Government's capital and recurrent contribution.
To go back to ExCo in April for approval of project.
Council for the Performing Arts
To support the development of music and the performing arts in Hong Kong.
ExCo notified of membership which will be gazetted on 12th Feb. 1982.
To prepare for the first meeting.
