17. China Ferries To consider applications (a) Hong Kong for new services and facilities to cope with the increasing demand of services to China.

There is no objection in princi- ple to the introduction of this service.
(b) Tai Kok Tsui Ferry Pier:
Agreement reached with HYF.
(c) Extension of Tai Kok Tsui Pier:
HYF's short and long term development plans are being considered.
(d) KPP54:
In view of complications over KWG's title to the Sharp Street Site which was to be exchanged for KWG's development of the
KPP 54 terminal, PGLA has now been asked to draw up the necessary documents for the commercial development of this terminal to be put out to tender, in case this proves necessary.
