Provision of facilities in

Purpose
To assist and advise in negotiations with the developer.
Progress Made & Present Position
An agreement in principle has been reached whereby the developer would surrender its land holding, part of which would be set aside as a development zone for a population of 135,000 people. The developer would also be regranted by an in situ exchange an area within the develop- ment area for residential development.
