Leasing Programme drawn up and issued.

Construction 27 office projects now in PWP, with 15 in Cat. A Work commenced on 14 of these. Will result in 526,000 m2 of owned office accommodation over next five years.
(c) To plan the const-
ruction or acquisition of offices and quarters in order to reduce to a minimum Govt's dependence upon leasing.
Quarters
(a) Leasing NDOS & DQS 176 NDOS and
24 DOS were taken over. Market rentals for residential properties suitable as Government quarters have softened over the past year but are unlikely to decline much further in the near future.
