Waste Disposal Ordinance
(a) Formulation of Regu-
lations under Section 17 of the Ordinance (Toxic and Difficult Wastes).
(b) Formulation of Regu-
lations under Section 15 and Section 33 of the Ordinance (Control of Animal Wastes).
Draft proposals for regu- lations have been circulated to relevant departments for comments and are currently being revised in the light of these comments.
Draft proposals prepared by EPA and currently being considered by HAB.
Final draft regulations to be submitted to the Waste Management Policy Committee, SCLW and EFCOM prior to going to ExCo.
To reach agreement on drafų regulations for submission to Agricultural Waste Policy Committee prior to statutory consultation with EPCOM & submission to ExCo.
