for Post- 1973 Estates
Allocation
Standard for

Housing
To révise rent on a biannual basis.
To relax the standard to provide the
necessary
flexibility
in the
allocation of
rooms.
An increase of 20% was approved for the 24 estates involved, with effect from 1st September 1982.
The Management Committee of the Housing Authority approved the revised standard.
To implement the increase.
