Revised pricing arrangements, whereby land value is excluded from flat selling prices, and more stringent restrictions on alienation, incorporated in the conditions attached to the first two lots offered for development in accordance with the policy approved in March 1982. These two lots, both in Chaiwan, are expected to yield approx. the HOS eligibility 2,800 MIHP flats in 1985/86. criteria.

incomes in excess of the HOS limit.
