research projects carried out by these voluntary bodies and offer assistance where
necessary.
2. *Community
Building Policy Committee
To advise on all matters concerning the efficient use of resources to achieve the overall cbjectives of
community building.
At the 14th meeting on 6.5.82 CBPC considered the possibility of setting up Headmasters' Conference and the School Liaison Committee as a new machinery for community building. It further discussed the C.B. efforts being undertaken by RHKPF, ED and RCD.
(a) To assess the Sham Shui
Po experiment and discuss whether to set up similar committees in all districts.
(b) To review the Summer Youth Programme input and roles of various departments concerned.
(c) To consider the merits and
the extent of government support for the School Music & Speech Festival and Dance Festival.
(d) To consider the merits of the H.K. Youth Cultural & Arts Competition.
