To develop a computer based model and use it in determining the Land Use- Transportation pattern that will yield the greatest benefit according to stated criteria.
Progress Made & Present Position
The remaining terms, of transition of KCR staff to the new Corporation should be determined during August, and put to the Staff Unions and Assessment Panel.
(b). The Ex-gratia Payment Assessment
Panel met six times during the quarter.
(c)
Instructions to Counsel have been issued and the first draft of the Bill is expected early in August.
Next Quarter Targets
Carry out the tasks of the Transitional KCR Board through its sub-committees. Target vesting date is
1 January 1983. Legislative proposals should go to ExCo in September/October and to LegCo by end of October/ November.
