The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED :
that a Resolution seeking the extension
of the Temporary Restriction of Building
Development (Mid-levels) Ordinance until
31st July 1982 should be introduced into
the Legislative Council,

the Geotechnical and Materials Adviser (Mr S. RODIN) and Senior
Assistant Law Draftsman (Mr B.E.D. de SPEVILLE) attended before
the Council for the discussion of this item).
