The Council considered memorandum XCR (82) 47.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
(a) under section 4 of the Water Pollution:
Control Ordinance (Chapter 358), that

the Water Pollution Control (Tolo ..
Harbour and Channel Water Control
Zone) Order 1982 at Annex B to the
memorandum should be made; and
that, with reference to the last

sentence of paragraph 3 of the
memorandum, consideration should be
given to the introduction of time
limits for the continued discharge
of pollutants.
