The Council considered memorandum XCR (82)45.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor DECIDED:
under section 2 of the Crown Lands
Resumption Ordinance (Chapter 124),
that the purpose of the proposed
resumption is a public purpose;
and, under section 3 of that Ordinance,
that the resumption of the lots listed
at Annex B to the memorandum is required
for a public purpose.

The Council considered memorandum XCR (82) 46.
The Council ADVISED and the Governor ORDERED:
(a) that under section 3 (1) of the Antiquities
and Monuments Ordinance (Chapter 53), the
Tin Hau Temple and its forecourt (shown
coloured pink on the plan at Annex A to
the memorandum) should be declared a monument
because of its historical significance; and
