6. There are other categories of government employee who serve in the dependent territories and who would come within the definition of 'Crown Servant'. There are OSAS and TC personnel, and the Corps of Specialists; (my minute of 19 November 1980) they are the responsibility of the ODA. We should confirm that NTD have consulted the ODA.
