We spoke and you will be interested to see the attached copy of Mr Lennox Boyd's despatch of 20 May 1955 (circular 508/55, C.0. ref. CSA 333/01).
2. The second paragraph shews that members of HMOJ and members of HMOCS must be treated alike - your minute of 3 February and Mr Paterson's minute of 5 February about the BNA 1981 refer.
