Should our denunciation attract any critical comment we will
take the line that the new Nationality Act embodies the principle
of sex equality, whereas the 1957 Convention discriminates in
favour of one sex.

Anguilla, to the Governors of Bermuda, British Virgin Islands,
Cayman Islands, Falkland Islands, Gibraltar, Hong Kong, Montserrat,
Pitcairn, Saint Helena and Dependencies, Turks and Caicos Islands,
to the British Government Representative St Christopher and Nevis,
the Commissioner, British Indian Ocean Territory, the Ministry
of Defence (for the Administrator of the Sovereign Base Areas of
Akrotiri and Dhekelia) and to the High Commissioner in Bandar
Seri Begawan (for the Brunei authorities).
