Proviso to (5) to remain the same as in present draft Constitution.

3. I have looked at page 25, Section 35 of the draft Constitution. As the definition of 'Commonwealth citizen'

in Section 37 (1) of the BNA 1981 covers the same categories as at present, the reference to 'Commonwealth citizen' in Section 35 can remain the same. The same is true of Section 37(c) of the draft Constitution.

4. At page 28, one could add the words 'whether born before or after the commencement of the British Nationality Act 1981' after the words 'born in Anguilla' in Section 42(la) of the draft Constitution, Section 42 (lbi) and (ii) can remain unchanged.

5.

I think the provisions are all correct, but I am sure you would be able to improve on their wording.
