Persons who are British Dependent Territories Citizens by,
or in consequence of,
(i) birth or registration or naturalisation or
(ii)
adoption in Gibraltar
registration by virtue of a qualifying
connection with Gibraltar
(iii)
descent from a father or mother or grand-
parent or earlier male ancester with a
(iv)
qualifying connection with Gibraltar
marriage before 1 January 1949 to a man
who subsequently became a British Dependent
Territories Citizen by virtue of a qualifying
connection with Gibraltar.
