Women married to husbands who become BDTCs on 1.1.83 by virtue of a qualifying connection with Gibraltar but the women registered outside Gibraltar as CUKCS under s. 6(2) of the BNA 1948 (s.23(1)(c) of the BNA 1981).

Children registered under s. 7 of the BNA 1948 outside Gibraltar but whose father's connection with Gibralter en CUKC status is by virtue of his father's birth, naturalisation or registration in Gibraltar (s.23(2) of the BNA 1981).

4. Children registered under s.1 of the BNA (No 2) Act 1964 outside Gibraltar but whose mother's connections with Gibraltar and CUKC status is by virtue of her father's birth naturalisation or registration in Gibraltar (s.23(2) of the BNA 1981).

5. Persons registered under s.12(6) of the BNA 1948 outside Gibraltar by virtue of any ancestor in the male line who was born or naturalised

in Gibraltar (s.23(3) of the BNA 1981).

Persons who registered under s.1 of theBNA 1964 outside Gibraltar and were registered by virtue of having a grandfather born or naturalised, or registered in Gibraltar, or, being women, were registered outside Gibraltar byr virtue of a marriage to a man who and a qualifying connection with Gibraltar (s.23(4) and (5) of the BNA 1981).

7. Persons whose claim to CUKC status is through a grandparent born, registered or naturalised in Gibraltar (s.23(1)(b) of the BNA 1981).
