Gibraltarians in relation to the new Nationality Act is such that we cannot open this subject with them at present. All that we can do is to note the point for further consideration.
7. Until the point in para 6 can be resolved I suggest that Ministers could take the line that their intention is to cover in the new definition all who are at present covered.
