ESTABLISHMENT OF A CARIBBEAN POSTAL UNION
1. I attach a copy of a letter from the Deputy Governor of Bermuda with enclosures putting forward a request that Bermuda be allowed to join the Caribbean Postal Union.

I would be grateful for confirmation that this proposal is acceptable and that we may grant the necessary entrustment powers.
