Please refer to Saving telegram No.4 of 9 June 1980 to Belmopan inviting Gibraltar to consider whether the above Act should be extended to the territory.
2.
The Gibraltar Government has agreed that the Act should be extended to Gibraltar with the modification that the powers conferred in the United Kingdom by the Act on a Secretary of State should in Gibraltar be conferred on the Governor in Council.
