Thank you for your letter of 31 July about the proposed inspection of DS establishments in Hong Kong from 1 - 13 February next year.

I see no objection to seconded officers completing personal budget forms and also talking to the Inspectors. We did this last time. I will also make sure that they know of the proposed inspection so that they can raise with the Inspectors any of their own personal problems.
